**Sticks are stored in the freezer, it is recommended to melt them down before using, to evaporate any moisture that may have accumulated during freezing.
All rendered tallow has gone through 1 initial wet render with distilled water and salt. It then goes through at least 3 DRY renders, with filtration, for purity.
